It’s not about throwing your past out the window. Your life has existed the way it has, it’s made you who you are, and brought you to this point. It’s about taking that, whatever it is, and reflecting on what you want to keep, what you want to let go of, and discovering the natural energy that aligns with what feels more deeply ‘you’. We are all multi-dimensional, so much more than the roles we have to play for the world. The more deeply we are ourselves, the more we can bring to each other and our relationships.  In this age of complexity, the world needs all of us, in our all diversity, now more than ever.   

That’s where I come in. Unjust circumstances may not change, but I will walk alongside you to sit with and explore the situation, sift through the content and the feelings to get in touch with a deeper meaning that is right for you, on your own terms. I will hold and create a space for you to explore and will approach it with curiosity, love and a creative spirit so you can create a path and map to where you want to be. What’s more, I’ll work with you to grow your confidence and skills in accessing your own wisdom more often.

Individual Online Sessions
Imagine yourself getting some assistance from your favourite chair, in your trackies with a cup of hot chocolate and a blanky over your lap…mmmm toasty. Perhaps you simply don’t live in Newcastle, but still want to work in this way. Or maybe you can really only spare an hour, and that doesn’t include travel time. Online sessions are an equally valid way of having therapy, and can also be a flexible way of maintaining assistance when you are travelling. For what it’s worth – it’s how I see my therapist!

Hang on a sec! There are a few pre-requisites with Online sessions:

  • Try and find a time and a space where you are alone. It’s hard to really open up when your partner keeps walking through in their bathrobe or your teenage daughter is watching The Bachelor in the background. From my end, I will be alone.
  • You need decent speed internet and a web-cam. The speed doesn’t need to be super-sonic, just fast enough to run the video on Zoom. There’s nothing more frustrating than it dropping out when you were in the middle of an important discovery. That said, sometimes it just happens and we need to be able to roll with that too.
  • If you have an older computer, it may be worth investing in a data headset so that the sound quality and microphone are clearer. They range from about $20AUD to a ridiculous amount of money. The basic is fine for this sort of thing, and you can get them at most places like Officeworks.
